Exhibiting costs

Companies that participate in the THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN 2026 in display stands are provided with the opportunity of inviting customers according to their own wishes.

Without extra charge. The public is not invited to the exhibition. The main target groups of the exhibition are: schools, workplaces, institutions, hotels, the catering sector, restaurants, bakeries, commercial kitchens and the food industry. This is, therefore, an attractive option for those who market goods og services in those fields.

Booth price:The booth price will be ISK 24,500 per square meter, excluding VAT, which must be considered very reasonable, but no sales will be allowed inside the exhibition. Exhibitors will also receive as many invitation tickets as needed free of charge, as well as passes for booth staff.

Promotional literature: On the occasion of the conference a professionally designed and convenient printed guide will be distributed among visitors to the conference. Participants will have the option of advertising in the guide.

Time and location: The conference will be held Thursday and Friday 5. and 6. November 2026 at Laugardalshöll Convention Center. Opening hours are 12.00 until. 18.00

Display systems: For those who wish to avail themselves of display systems from Merking with fully installed stand marked with the company´s name name on the front an equipped with lighting, ISK 9,900 per square metre, VAT not included. Ritsýn does not have a booth system.
